Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to workwear and footwear orders placed online and totaling over $150 before taxes, shipping to most postal codes in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

Some remote postal codes, including all addresses in Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories are excluded from this offer due to high shipping costs. Click here to view a list of remote postal codes excluded from free shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed in our warehouse within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay beyond these times, we will contact you with more information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been handed over to the courier for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled and delivery times are beyond our control. If you experience a delay or have any other question or concern about your delivery, you can contact the courier with the tracking number that was emailed to you.

DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY

Most manufacturers offer a six-month warranty, though exceptions may apply. Since warranty policies vary, Gerber’s may need to contact the manufacturer to determine eligibility for replacement. Manufacturer defects do not include normal wear and tear, minor imperfections, intentional damage, or misuse. Defective items will be covered as an exchange or store credit only. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and will not be extended if the item is replaced.

Items that do not have any manufacturer’s warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Items purchased more than 6 months ago
  • Any clearance or final sale items
  • Underwear
  • Any Tiger Safety branded footwear

If you believe an item purchased online from Gerber’s has a manufacturer’s defect, please follow the instructions below:

  • Send an email to onlineorders@gerbers.ca;
  • Include your order/invoice number and original purchase date;
  • Include a thorough description of the defect;
  • Include photo(s) clearly showing the issue.

We will contact the manufacturer to confirm the warranty details and respond to you as soon as possible.

Gerber’s is not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to products purchased from this store. Customers are solely responsible for selecting and using safety products at their own discretion.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Gerber’s accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below. Please review the terms carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

Return for Exchange
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • In its original packaging;
  • Accompanied by the packing slip that was included in your shipment;
  • Approved for return by following the instructions at the bottom of this page.

Certain items are non-exchangeable, including but not limited to:

  • Items delivered more than 30 days ago
  • Items that are not in new condition
  • Items that have been decorated, embroidered, or modified in any way
  • Any clearance or final sale items, including underwear

The customer is responsible for shipping an item back to Gerber’s for an exchange. Gerber’s cannot pay return shipping charges, and is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during the return process.

When we receive your return, we will proceed with shipping your exchanged item as long as the exchange complies with the terms above. You will receive an emailed tracking link when your exchange has shipped.

Return for Refund

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Check Eligibility
Ensure that your return or exchange complies with the terms above.

2. Contact Us for Return Approval
Send an email to onlineorders@gerbers.ca with the following information:

  • Your order/invoice number and original purchase date
  • Your reason for the return or exchange
  • Whether you want us to refund your order or ship an exchanged item back to you when we receive the return

We will reply to confirm your return or exchange eligibility.

3. Ship Your Return

Securely pack your item and include the packing slip that was sent with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Processing & Refunds

A refund will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
