UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed in our warehouse within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay beyond these times, we will contact you with more information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been handed over to the courier for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled and delivery times are beyond our control. If you experience a delay or have any other question or concern about your delivery, you can contact the courier with the tracking number that was emailed to you.

All orders shipping to the United States are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) via Canada Post.

DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY

Most manufacturers offer a six-month warranty, though exceptions may apply. Since warranty policies vary, Gerber’s may need to contact the manufacturer to determine eligibility for replacement. Manufacturer defects do not include normal wear and tear, minor imperfections, intentional damage, or misuse. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and will not be extended if the item is replaced.

Items that do not have any manufacturer’s warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Items purchased more than 6 months ago
  • Any clearance or final sale items
  • Underwear
  • Any Tiger Safety branded footwear

If you believe an item purchased online from Gerber’s has a manufacturer’s defect, please follow the instructions below:

  • Send an email to onlineorders@gerbers.ca;
  • Include your order/invoice number and original purchase date;
  • Include a thorough description of the defect;
  • Include photo(s) clearly showing the issue.

We will contact the manufacturer to confirm the warranty details and respond to you as soon as possible.

Gerber’s is not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to products purchased from this store. Customers are solely responsible for selecting and using safety products at their own discretion.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to high shipping costs, import fees, duties, and tariffs, we cannot accept online returns or exchanges from the United States. All online orders shipped to the United States are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
